When I first joined Straightaway, I knew I needed to watch and observe the key users of our product to learn exactly how they used it, what they needed to accomplish, and get the feeling of what a day in their shoes really felt like.

We have users who are students attending class at a training facility or from home, administrators looking to ensure they understand key class metrics and how they are tracking toward them, and instructors who are driven by preparing their students for state exams and the emotional toll of a front line healthcare job. From an organization’s first class to their one hundredth class, each of these stakeholders plays a key role in ensuring the right number of CNAs and staff are supporting the quality of care needed in facilities today.

This blog series will focus on how each of these key roles engages with and uses Straightaway to ensure they accomplish their daily objectives in the most efficient and effective way: A Day in the Life.
