Cheri provides a comprehensive recruitment strategy and support for over 40 skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care communities in the Inland Northwest and Hawaii. Assist in the retention and employee engagement Committee for Regency Pacific. Previously Cheri owned her own Recruiting agency in the Inland Northwest with two offices and just over 400 employees and 90 clients. Healthcare being the main division. Providing temp, temp to hire and direct hires. Cheri has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and healthcare. Known for building relationships with those passive candidates to develop a healthy pipeline for the Regency team. Cheri is a member of the National Healthcare recruiters association and other local associations.
